Terms of service

Welcome to EB Voyage, a brand of Elite Bliss. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of elitebliss.co.za and any purchase you make from us (together, the “Services”). “We”, “us” and “our” mean Elite Bliss, trading as EB Voyage. Our store runs on Shopify. By visiting or buying from our store you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree that the information you give us is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep your account details secure and are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Our products

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours, appearance and compression results may differ slightly from what you see on your screen, and results depend on the type and amount of items packed. We may change product descriptions, limit quantities, or stop selling a product at any time.

3. Using AirTuck safely

AirTuck is designed for compressing and storing clothing, bedding and other soft textiles. Use it as described in the product instructions and in particular:

• keep the vacuum bags away from babies and children; they are not toys and present a suffocation risk;
• do not use the pump near water, with wet hands, or to vacuum liquids, and do not use it if the pump or cable is damaged;
• charge the pump only with a suitable charger and cable, and do not leave it charging unattended for long periods;
• do not store food, damp or wet items, or sharp objects in the bags; and
• delicate items such as leather, down, wool or structured garments may lose shape if stored compressed for long periods; check the care label before compressing.

We are not responsible for damage to items stored in the bags, or for damage caused by using the product in a way that does not follow its instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Free gift promotion

From time to time, qualifying AirTuck orders include a free 4-in-1 refillable travel dispenser bottle set (the “Free Gift”). The following conditions apply:

• The Free Gift is included only with the products and bundles stated on the product page at the time of your order, and is limited to one Free Gift per order unless the product page states otherwise.
• The offer is available while stocks last and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Orders placed before a change will receive the gift that applied when the order was placed, subject to availability.
• If the Free Gift is unavailable, we may send a substitute of equal or greater value or let you know before dispatch.
• The Free Gift has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or another product, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
• The Free Gift is provided as a complimentary item. If you return your AirTuck for a refund, the Free Gift conditions in Section 4 of our Return and Refund Policy apply, including the deduction of its retail value if it is used or not returned.
• We may refuse the Free Gift for orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent, placed for resale, or placed to abuse the promotion.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm that we have accepted your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot deliver to, and we will tell you and refund any payment already taken. Please check your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to change or cancel it once dispatched. You confirm that you are buying for personal or household use and not for resale.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and are the prices in effect when you place your order. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Any delivery charge or applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay. All orders are paid online in full at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the details you provide are correct.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times, charges and responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and our 30-day trip guarantee are governed solely by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other feedback, you confirm that it is honest, is your own, and does not break any law or anyone’s rights. You allow us to use, reproduce and display it, including your first name and city, on our website and marketing, without payment. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

9. Intellectual property

The text, images, videos, logos, designs and other content on our website belong to Elite Bliss or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Third-party links and tools

Our website may link to or use third-party websites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes certain information on our behalf and under its own terms and privacy policy. We are responsible for our products, orders and customer service, and Shopify is not a party to your purchase from us.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Errors and changes to information

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information, pricing, promotions, availability or delivery estimates at any time, including after you place an order, and we may update information without notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

14. Prohibited uses

You must use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use them to break any law, to submit false or misleading information, to place fraudulent orders or abuse our promotions or guarantees, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to introduce viruses or harmful code, to scrape or collect data from the site by automated means, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services, or decline future orders, if you break these Terms or misuse the store, our promotions or our guarantees. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue to apply.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in these Terms and as required by law, the Services and the information on our website are provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including your rights where a product is defective or not as described.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from delays or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

18. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have given it up.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, without affecting any right you have to bring a complaint to a consumer protection authority.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The Terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
