This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Bliss, trading as EB Voyage (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit elitebliss.co.za, place an order or contact us. We handle personal information in line with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address and mobile number.
  • Order information: products you buy, return or cancel, order history and payment method.
  • Payment information: online card and wallet payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or our contact form, including photos or videos you send about an order or return.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

  • to process, confirm and deliver your orders, including contacting you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm delivery details;
  • to handle returns, refunds, guarantee claims and customer support;
  • to prevent fraud and abuse of our promotions and guarantees, and to keep our store secure;
  • to send you marketing, where you have agreed to receive it; you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • to measure and improve our website and advertising, including on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok; and
  • to comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to run our store, with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes data on our behalf;
  • payment providers, to process online payments;
  • couriers and delivery partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order;
  • apps and service providers that help us with customer support, reviews, email and analytics;
  • advertising partners, to measure and show our ads; and
  • authorities or advisers, where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UAE, with appropriate safeguards in place.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how our site is used and measure our ads. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns and guarantee claims, and meet legal and tax requirements, which is usually several years. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to stop using it for marketing, or to restrict or object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information, such as full card details, by email or WhatsApp.

8. Children

Our store is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
